After the work, we check the agreed functions and document what was done. You receive test reports, and your team receives guidance on the layout and operation.

A new filling and control system can add current level readings, temperature information, alarm history and automatic control to an existing vessel. Your measurement data remains fully available for your own analysis.
We tailor the connections to the vessel, sensors and filling valves. Integration with central monitoring can also be included.

Temporary sample storage in a loan vessel
During the work, your existing samples can be temporarily stored in a loan vessel if needed. We agree the transfer, storage requirements and return of the samples with your team in advance.
Controlled oven and turbomolecular pumps
If vacuum service is part of the refurbishment, we can evacuate your vessel in a controlled oven using specialised turbomolecular pumps. This follows the same process used to evacuate new vessels at the factory. We tailor the treatment to the design and technical condition of your vessel.
Test reports for your team
You receive test reports documenting the checks performed, measurement results and our assessment. We explain what the results mean for your vessel and advise on its continued use and maintenance.

Can our vessel have a new controller?
The Vessel controller is also available for existing vessels. The connections, sensors and valves already present determine how we install it.
How do you assess performance before or after refurbishment?
Where appropriate, we can use a Performance Scan to investigate temperature trends and nitrogen consumption and document them in a report.
Where are our samples stored during refurbishment?
Your samples can be temporarily stored in a loan vessel if needed. We agree with your team in advance how transfer, storage and return will be arranged.
