FROM VESSEL TO SAMPLE HANDLING
A routine task, clearly illustrated
BRAIN SampleLift is designed for sample racks. Its base, mast and upper assembly combine with the lifting drive and a suitable adapter to support retrieval and replacement.
Alignment at the vessel, the designated lifting point and receiving the rack are part of the same step. The handheld control supports controlled upward and downward movement.

01 · PREPARE
Vessel, rack and lifting point
A suitable adapter, clear lifting path and operating position are agreed in advance. The operator keeps the connection and rack movement in view.
02 · RETRIEVE
Lift vertically
The SampleLift supports vertical movement. A jammed or frozen rack is not pulled free using the drive.
03 · RETURN
Support it first
After sample handling, the rack is returned in a controlled movement. Only when it rests on its intended support is the connection unloaded and released.
